KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – |
Performed majority of the time: |
· Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HRIS data and reporting, ensuring the workflow of information to other functions is accurate and timely. Develop and implement data management procedures and audits to ensure employee data is accurate and complete throughout the employment cycle. · Perform system maintenance and participate in system upgrades, and integrations. Define and maintain accurate, consistent organizational structures/tables within the HRIS and associated tools. Manage data uploads, testing and validation. · Provide routine and ad hoc queries, analysis, and reports. Provide timely and accurate data support for various audits and reports, including 5500, EEO-1, and other compliance reporting as needed. · Maintain accurate and complete metrics and records. Design and maintain dashboards. · Lead assigned projects. Leverage experience and expertise to proactively identify opportunities and recommend, develop and implement innovative solutions to challenging problems. · Collaborate within department and cross-functionally to ensure accuracy, resolve issues, streamline processes, drive change, and share best practices. · Provide trouble-shooting support for technical issues related to HR systems. · Document processes and workflows. Develop procedures, tools, guidelines, and training aids. Conduct end-user training. |
Performed occasionally but critical to successful performance of the job: |
· Perform systems gap analysis, define systems parameters, and document needs for the future. · Be the technical project lead on an HRIS systems conversion. · Monitor integration with third-party software systems. Build interfaces between the HRIS system and 3rd party vendor systems for fully integrated data management. |

Education: | Required | · Associate’s degree in information technology, business and/or human resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |

Experience: | Required | · 3 years of database management experience including data entry, configuration, reports/queries (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll, benefits, and other applicable systems). |

Ability to quickly learn and effectively use/deploy new technology. · Ability to view systems and processes holistically; analyze data, recognize trends, make recommendations. · Continuous improvement mindset and strong critical thinking skills. · Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. · Strong written communication skills.
