Our approach includes group sessions with Occupational Therapists and Social Workers, music therapy and spiritual care visits, and daily visits with the assigned Nurse and Psychiatrist or PMHNP.
  • Assessing Care Needs: Our Occupational Therapists support the activities of daily living and perform cognitive assessments to determine if a higher level of care is needed. Recommendations are shared during care conferences with families or loved ones.
