The HR Engagement Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition team within Tuality’s Human Resources department in a variety of functions that provides an exceptional experience for both prospective candidates as well as new hire employees throughout their entire onboarding process.
These functions include, but are not limited to:
a) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field of study preferred.
b) License/Certification: None required. PHR certification or interest in obtaining PHR a plus.
c) 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources, supporting talent acquisition/recruiting/onboarding processes, or related field. Interest in developing and expanding career path within Talent Acquisition/Recruiting preferred.
d) Previous work history in delivering exceptional customer service required.
e) Ability to deal with multiple priorities in fast-paced office in a calm and pleasant manner.
f) Ability to multitask with excellent organization skills.
g) Previous experience entering and accessing data in a complex database and/or HRIS system.
h) Demonstrated PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook for Windows.
i) Computer network communication/calendar skills using MS Outlook & Internet products.
j) Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
k) Ability to work in highly confidential settings.
l) Presents a professional first & lasting impression.
m) Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills a plus.
