Overview

At Tuality Healthcare, an OHSU Partner, it's an honor and a privilege to serve those near us. That's why since our beginnings in 1918, and as we expand our strong network of services through our clinical affiliation with OHSU, we continue to be committed to providing the best health care possible and a valued community partner.  Our affiliation with OHSU brings the advanced medical resources of Oregon’s only academic health center, which allows local providers to receive guidance from some of the country’s top specialists and pass that expertise on to Tuality patients where they can be cared for in their community.

Tuality Healthcare is located in Hillsboro, Oregon. Just 30 minutes from Portland.  Hillsboro hosts a number of high-technology companies and boasts a robust agricultural industry, while maintaining proximity to all that Portland and the Pacific Northwest have to offer. Tuality Healthcare is a non-profit, community health care organization that comprises a 167-bed hospital, a geriatric psychiatric facility in Forest Grove and the Tuality Health Alliance.

The Hillsboro Internal Medicine clinic is a certified patient-centered medical home that enjoys a close, collaborative relationship with all of Tuality Healthcare’s wide range of resources. The clinic has participated in the Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services' Comprehensive Primary Care (CPC) Initiative and is now a site of CPC+.
