Responsible for the clinical aspects of the social services function for a designated group of patients. Provides optimal clinical services utilizing resources effectively. Assists in the implementation of a quality management program to evaluate social services. Maintains systems which ensure appropriate utilization of resources and services.
a) License (preferred): Valid licensure by the state of Oregon for Clinical Social Worker.
b) Demonstrates effective communication skills-body language, filters, listening, paraphrasing, and questions.
c) Excellent customer service skills.
d) Presents self professionally in appearance and interpersonal skills.
e) Demonstrates understanding of professional and ethical behaviors.
f) Demonstrates skills in problem solving and productively addresses problem situations encountered.
g) Possesses at least two years experiences providing treatment services including individual and group therapy to the adult population for at least two years.
h) Demonstrates knowledge of resources and services for the geriatric population.
i) Utilizes PC skills to communicate.
