  • Summary of Duties

    The Talent Acquisition Partner performs full-cycle recruitment for all types of positions within the organization ranging from clinical, to non-clinical, and leadership.  Promotes the mission, culture and strategic goals of Tuality Healthcare. Primary functions include creative sourcing methods, warm calling leads, screening of candidates, generating referrals, assisting in setting and negotiating wages offers, maintaining workflow within the applicant tracking system, and general staffing support and coaching/guidance for hiring managers. Also responsible for maintaining an ongoing pool of candidates to draw from for current and future openings. Works within the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure all organizational staffing objectives are met, and as part of the Human Resources department may assist with other HR tasks/projects as needed. Adheres to federal and state compliance related to employment law.

    Hiring Competencies

    a)     Education:  BS degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, Nursing or equivalent discipline.

    b)     License: Current Oregon driver’s license.

    c)     Certification: CHCR or PHR a plus.

    d)     Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible recruitment and/or related human resources experience required, with a preference for 3+ years.  Hospital/healthcare recruitment experience also preferred.

    e)     Knowledge of Human Resources processes, and state/federal employment laws.

    f)      Uses computer skills in communicating, reporting/tracking purposes, presentations, and organizing applicant tracking system. Ability to effectively use excel spreadsheets as an analytical tool.

    g)     Knowledge of cutting edge recruitment techniques, leveraging social media and open web sourcing.

    h)     Excellent customer service skills.

    i)      Excellent interpersonal and communications skills- body language, filtering, listening, paraphrasing, questioning, and the ability to establish rapport quickly.

    j)      Effective organizational skills and ability to multitask with interruptions.

    k)     Professional writing and verbal marketing skills.

    l)      Presents a professional appearance that creates positive first and lasting impression.

    m)    Demonstrates good negotiating skills

    n)     Bilingual skills a plus.
