    Apply the principles of accounting and finance to the operations of all Tuality companies, to ensure that all financial information is presented accurately and timely.  Provide management with assistance in compiling and analyzing information used in decision-making and optimization of financial results.  Lead major financial projects and initiatives.

    Hiring Competencies

    a.   Education: Baccalaureate degree in relevant field. MBA preferred.

    b.   Certification: CHFP required within 2 years of hire date. CPA, CMA, FHFMA preferred.  

    b.   Five or more years financial analysis experience demonstrating advanced analytical and technical skills required (some health care finance experience preferred).

    c.   Ability to provide functional guidance to less experienced analysts.

    d.   Ability to influence and provide guidance for all levels within the organization, including executive leadership.

    e.   Ability to work and make decisions independently.

    f.    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database applications required, Axiom preferred.

    g.   Effective project management and communication skills.

    h.   Excellent customer service skills.

    i.    Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize work load.

    j.    Ability to present to both small and large groups and communicate financial information to non-financial managers.

    k.   Professional personal appearance makes a good first impression.

    l.    Bilingual skills a plus.
