· Physician shall cooperate in the establishment of procedures and methods of operation for the office, maintaining in good standing medical staff privileges including attendance at required meetings. · Performs and document assessments and data collection in an ongoing, timely, accurate, concise and systematic manner. · Physician shall render professional services in the office designated and provided by the hospital in accordance with the Physician Employment Agreement. · Identifies patients and/or significant other’s learning needs and implements appropriate measure to meet these. · Adapts care to accommodate unexpected changes in patient status. · Promotes accident prevention and reports potential safety hazards. · Renders all services promptly and diligently in accordance with the professional and ethical standards of the medical community in which the physician practices. |

Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations: | Required | · Maintains Oregon licensure. · Fulfills requirements of hospital medical staff credentialing process. · Maintains active staff membership in good standing with the medical staff of the hospital with all privileges and responsibilities accorded such membership. |
