The Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator promotes and communicates awareness of quality initiatives while building relationships with providers and appropriate Tuality Health Alliance office staff. He/she reviews, validates and analyzes data and reports that pertain to QI prior to internal or external distribution. QI Coordinator works closely with other THA staff and reports quality improvement efforts to the THA Quality Management Committee.
Provides administrative support to THA operational areas and THA Medical Management. Works independently in performing duties, communications, and project management, daily mail distribution scheduling and meeting arrangements. Performs general clerical, communications, scheduling and meeting arrangement functions. The assistant is responsible for entering and updating Employee Health information in the computer system and maintaining the records for current and past employees.
