We are recruiting for two positions in two locations listed below. 1.Primary Care - North Plains 2. Primary Care - Forest Grove The Nurse Practitioner will provide health care services for a broad range of patients; including geriatric, adults, adolescents and infants. Service includes but is not limited to preventative medicine, chronic disease management, acute illness and procedures, chronic pain, and behavioral health management.
