The Director of Quality and Patient Safety manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that quality improvement, risk mitigation, and patient safety programs are fully developed and efficiently managed, using a data-driven focus that sets priorities aligned with ongoing strategic imperatives for the organization to provide unparalleled quality and safety to our patients.  This key leadership position directs and supervises organization-wide systems and staff for the functions of quality improvement and patient safety, infection prevention and control, and regulatory readiness under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and in close collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
